Service Agreement
By booking a ride with LS CABS AND TRAVELS, you enter into a service agreement for transportation services. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
Booking & Payment
- Fares are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change based on route, vehicle type, and travel duration.
- Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer upon trip completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Advance payment may be required for outstation and multi-day bookings.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the trip.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.
Driver & Vehicle
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher category in case of unforeseen circumstances. All our drivers are licensed and verified professionals.
Liability
LS CABS AND TRAVELS is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance for all our vehicles.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
